This blog is to capture moments in my life that other people can relate to and realize that they are not the only person in the world who has incredibly awkward, embarrassing, and utter failures in their life. I do all of these things multiple times in one day, and so what, who cares! This blog is mostly catered towards living a healthy life, and as a Certified Athletic Trainer, and a graduate student in Nutrition I know that people slip up from day to day on their “diets” (I prefer healthy lifestyle goals) because I am one of those people.

I also wanted to explain the title of this blog a little, the Go Small On Healthy Living in my words means portion control is a major factor in healthy eating, but mainly its because I am a small person, growing to only 4 foot 10 and half inches tall!!!
